• Joe Benoit, Community Policing Coordinator - Neenah Police Department

• • Joe will provide valuable insights on public relations, nuisance abatement, neighborhood issues, crime prevention, property security, and personal safety.

• Daniel Wiechman, Community Liaison Officer - Fox Crossing Police Department

• • Dan will emphasize the importance of collaboration between law enforcement, property owners, landlords, and tenants to create a harmonious living environment. He will discuss how chronic nuisance ordinances are designed for the betterment of the community, highlighting that law enforcement prefers to work closely with landlords and tenants to resolve issues amicably. 

• Tony Mach, Water Utility Director

• • Tony will discuss common misinterpretations landlords have about working with municipalities, emphasize the importance of timely and thorough correspondence with utility services, and offer advice on maintaining up-to-date communication to ensure compliance and efficient utility management.
