- Ron Jaro - Certified General Appraiser & Real Estate Broker/Owner: Ron holds a BBA in Management from UW-Whitewater and a Labor Relations and Contract Management degree from Marquette University. He has spent over 25 years in real estate appraisal, brokerage, and inspections. Ron looks forward to sharing with our members how to understand the appraisal process better and learn how to maximize the value of your income-producing properties.

If the client has a deadline to meet, we will do everything in our power to meet that deadline. We try to treat our clients the same way we would like to be treated. We may recommend that they don’t need survey work done in certain instances, because of high costs or short timelines, and may even suggest that they contact a specific competitor because of previous survey work they may have completed.
