Attention!! New FVAA meeting location!!

The location of the July 8th meeting has been changed to the "Wave Ballroom". The Wave is located at 2350 N. Casaloma Dr. in Appleton, right next to the Timber Rattlers Stadium. After entering the front door please use the inside door on the left.

Social time begins at 6:15 with appetizers, and refreshments.
Business meeting at 7:00, followed by our program.

July 8^th “Panel of Experts” Join us for this meeting where we will have a panel of 3-4 people to answer you questions pertaining to all facets of real estate and property management. This is always a great program with plenty of discussion on management, marketing, buying, selling, and small claims court procedures. Please bring you questions and problems for our "Panel of Experts".

August 12 Annual Family Picnic. Again, the picnic will be held with both the AANW (Green Bay Association) and the Winnebago Apt Association. Brats and Burgers will be sponsored by Jerry Jackson “Accurate Home Inspector”. Please bring a dish to pass and whatever liquid refreshments you choose. The picnic will be held at MuellerPark in Wrightstown. This park is located on Washington Street on the east shore of the Fox River in the southern portion of the village. The Picnic will start any time after 5:30 PM. We will try to have the meet ready around 6:30. Please feel free to bring your children. There is playground equipment and a water ski show on Thursdays at the boat landing next to the park. The water ski show starts at 6:30.

September 9^th Fair Housing Program – Learn the best ways to comply with Fair Housing Laws.

October 14^th Determining accurate property market values. Whether you are selling or buying, it is important to know how to determine values. While there is no “perfect” formula, there are methods to help determine values. This meeting will help you evaluate you property sale prices.

November 11^th Rental property marketing strategies. The rental market is more competitive than ever. What can you do to get your rental unit rented sooner without offering “3 months free rent”. Learn great marketing strategies that will make you unit stand out from the crowd.

December 9^th Annual Christmas Dinner

Visit the RED table. We added a new benefit to our meetings-the red table. The red table will be a table in the back of the meeting room where 2 of our experienced landlord members will be available to answer your questions. Have a question, but don't want to ask in front of the audience? Ask our experts in private. We will try to advise you to the best of our knowledge.

All Members and Associate Members are encouraged to attend our monthly meetings. Non members are welcome to attend up to two meetings free. You'll come because your curious, you'll stay because you have found value! We have allot to offer the landlords!
