The mission of the FVAA is to unite the owners and managers of residential rental property in the purpose of advancing the general welfare of the rental housing industry and promoting and environment conducive to the business success of its members.

The FVAA is committed to providing its members opportunities of education in all areas of rental property.

This association will endeavor, promote and foster an environment of free enterprise and private property ownership rights.

The FVAA pledges to promote the highest ethics in pursuit of its goals with the utmost respect and concern for the welfare of our tenant customers.

About FVAA:
The FVAA is a group of around 200 property owners and managers who are responsible for over 8000 rental units throughout the Fox Valley and surrounding areas. The group consists of owners who own a single unit to those who manage several hundred units.

The FVAA provides on going training thru monthly meetings and seminar opportunities.
