June 13: Edwin Kelly - Equity Trust Company

A nationally known professional speaker, Edwin will present a program on how to use government qualified retirement programs to fund your real estate investments.

July 11: Annual Associate Member Trade Show

Associate Member Trade Show

• Meet with providers of goods and services necessary to your rental business
• Learn ways to run you rental business more effectively
• Learn of landlord training opportunities
• Purchase forms such as Leases, notices, etc.
• Talk to other landlords about issues concerning your business
