Statewide Eviction List search

The FVAA is providing a link to the Wisconsin Court System

Please click on the link and it will take you to the on-line Wisconsin Court Internet Access.

You may then enter the name of the person to do a back ground check. Here's the link WCCA.

To obtain an eviction list - Please do the following

Set records at 25

Choose what County you want to search in

Enter the beginning of the Month you want to search

Enter 30 days for filing date.

Set class code at 31004

This will give you the list of evictions for the past 30 days.

Adjust the filing date to see additional records if you desire.
